Full-time, nights shift, 3 shifts per week, temporary travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor and interpret bedside telemetry equipment to ensure patient safety
- Administer treatments and medications following hospital protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure documentation accuracy using the Meditech system
- Practice patient-centered care by utilizing AIDET communication and hourly rounding techniques
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license with current state licensing
- At least 1 year of medical-surgical experience
- BLS certification (required)
- Previous telemetry experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification preferred
- Experience working with bedside telemetry equipment and emergency protocols
