• Full-Time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (evenings), Mids (2:30 PM – 12:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with radiology department protocols and safety standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Prepare and position patients, operate MRI equipment, and obtain high-quality images for diagnosis.
• Adhere to infection control and contrast media administration procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and complete all required clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient patient care and workflow.

Required Qualifications

• ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification (mandatory).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with PACS and Siemens MRI systems.
• Prior charge experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Experience with adult acute care, ICU, outpatient, or ED trauma imaging.
• Knowledge of contrast media administration and IV starting.
• Ability to perform various MRI sequences including gradient echo, MIP, spin echo, and post-processing techniques.
• Valid MRI license in hand at submission.
• Education verification through a third party.
• Background check without open cases.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Peds acute care experience.
• Experience with abdominal, pelvis, head, neck, and extremity MRI imaging.
• Familiarity with spinal trauma, thoracic MRI/MRA.

Additional Notes

• Shifts are 12 hours, evenings (2:30 PM – 12:00 AM), Mids.
• Travel compliance requires full documentation by the Wednesday prior to the start date.
• Travelers may be floated to any Cone Health campus as needed.
• All candidates must complete a mandatory EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed.
• Modules are completed during orientation; hours vary.
• No local candidates within 50 miles accepted.
