Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under supervision.
• Support therapy sessions and help implement treatment plans.
• Assist in patient assessments and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification/license.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work five days a week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long-term care or progressive care center.
• Familiarity with patient documentation and therapy equipment.
