- Full-time, Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit within a Level I Trauma Center
- Utilize team nursing model to deliver patient care effectively and efficiently
- Assist in managing patient flow and documenting care accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting
- Valid and compliant nursing license in accordance with NLC guidelines
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma or large hospital environment preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a four-day schedule
- Must be willing to work on-call as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a trauma center or acute care hospital
- Travel nurse experience preferred
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of hospital safety and compliance standards
