- Days, Full-time, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Administer diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and fluoroscopy, to patients.
- Float between hospital units as needed, providing support across departments.
- Ensure accurate charting within the Epic electronic health record system.
- Maintain safety and quality standards during imaging procedures.
- Follow hospital protocols for on-call availability and holiday scheduling.
- Adapt to floating assignments within hospital and affiliated facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related radiology or X-ray technician experience.
- Valid Radiation Technologist license or certification.
- Experience with OR, fluoroscopy, and O-arm procedures preferred.
- Ability to operate Epic charting system.
- Must have reliable transportation to the facility.
- Willingness to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a short-term acute care hospital setting.
- Familiarity with micro bio or lab coat protocols.
- Experience in handling emergency or urgent procedures.
- Ability to float between facilities and adapt to different unit types.
