Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education to patients and family members regarding respiratory care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure or certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital setting.
- Familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment and technologies.
