Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a medical surgical unit.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient information.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursing license (Nursys verified).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Strong clinical skills specific to ortho-surgical care.
- Certification in CPR/BLS.
- Ability to work night shifts and holidays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital setting with Medical Surgical and ortho-surgical patients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
