- Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency healthcare services in a busy Level III Trauma Center with a mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Float between units as needed, maintaining high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and compassionate emergency care
- Adhere to hospital protocols and documentation standards utilizing Epic electronic charting system
- Respond effectively to on-call situations and manage patient ratios of approximately 1:5
- Flexibly float within the facility to meet department needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington or Compact RN license at the time of submission
- Valid Allied license (if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of recent experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and comply with hospital policies regarding schedules and time off requests
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in emergency or trauma nursing preferred
- Experience with Epic electronic health records
- Ability to handle a mixed pediatric and adult patient population effectively
