Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Day shifts, 4 shifts per week, Guarantee of 35 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess client needs and progress, adjusting care strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license/certification
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs
