Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a critical access hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Work every other weekend, ensuring coverage during peak emergency hours.
- Guarantee of 72 hours bi-weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 3-5 years of emergency room nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a critical access hospital or rural emergency setting.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
