- Full-time, night shift (4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms and patient needs promptly.
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately using Epic charting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in orientation and assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate exams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing prior to travel.
- Ohio license or valid compact state license in hand.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Recent (within 6 months) Epic charting experience.
- At least one recent managerial reference in the specialty.
- Ability to work at least every other holiday.
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
- BCI/FBI background check completed within 48 hours of signing.
- Negative 10-panel drug screen with Nicotine (Cotinine) test within the past 12 months.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with nurse leadership or charge nurse roles.
- Familiarity with Lotus and Qualivis documentation systems.
- Ability to pass assessments with no more than two attempts.

Additional Notes
- Travel and Module completion details: Onsite badge pickup and fingerprinting required before start.
- No license hits accepted.
- Travelers must be nicotine-free (excluding Nurses and CSTs, who are temporarily exempt).
- No return allowed to the facility within one year of previous contract completion unless identified as a current candidate.
- Candidates are limited to one application per job within the Cleveland Clinic system.
