Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, evening shifts (8H eves, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities
• Perform sterilization and reprocessing of medical instruments and equipment in a fast-paced Central Processing Department (CPD)
• Ensure compliance with sterilization standards and protocols, maintaining a sterile environment
• Assist with training new hires and cross-training staff as needed
• Reprocess endoscopes and other surgical instruments, adhering to quality and safety guidelines
• Maintain detailed documentation of processing procedures and equipment sterilization

Required Qualifications
• CRCST certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile processing or a related field
• Proven knowledge of sterilization techniques and SPD operations
• Experience with reprocessing endoscopes preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel experience in sterile processing preferred
• Experience in supplemental training and onboarding new staff
• Familiarity with hospital or surgical environments

Additional Notes
Candidates must be separated from any BILH-affiliated employment for at least 6 months. Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted. Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly, exclusive of on-call time.
