Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
- Must be able to work 12-hour day shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
