Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the telemetry nursing unit, ensuring high-quality clinical services.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient health status and respond to any changes promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including required documentation and compliance standards.
- Floats to additional hospital locations as needed to support staffing and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts or pending license approval.
- A minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- EPIC EMR system experience.
- Willingness to float to affiliated hospital as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Relias testing and onboarding programs.
- Familiarity with hospital policies related to patient safety and documentation.
