Key Responsibilities

• Conduct computed tomography (CT) scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.
• Assist in positioning patients and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with radiology team members to provide efficient and accurate imaging services.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support emergency department staff with imaging needs and provide assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license or certification.
• Proven experience performing CT scans in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of imaging safety protocols and radiation safety procedures.
• Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital emergency department or trauma center.
• Ability to assist with lifting and patient movement.
• Flexibility to work weekend and night shifts as scheduled.
