- Full-time, Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Assist in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients with various conditions
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and modalities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
