Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room environment.
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures across specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, eye, podiatry, gynecology, pain management, urology, neurosurgery, and hand surgery.
• Operate and support advanced equipment such as the DaVinci surgical robot.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license.
• Extensive experience and comfort with neurosurgical procedures.
• Proven ability to operate OR equipment, including robotic systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Strong patient advocacy and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work 10 days per month or less call as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a multi-specialty surgical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation.
