- Full-time, 13-week contract, day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for adult and pediatric patients in a medical-surgical setting.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and hospitalist physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Work as part of a team on 12-hour day shifts, including every other weekend.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rural hospital setting.
- Comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a modern, fast-paced environment.
