Job Title
• Tech - Phlebotomy

• Napa, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Collect blood specimens from patients using handheld collection devices
• Perform pediatric finger and heel sticks when necessary
• Ensure proper specimen labeling and handling in accordance with protocols
• Maintain accuracy and safety in specimen collection procedures
• Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid California Phlebotomy License
• BLS certification
• Trauma Level I experience
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts as scheduled
• Willing to work on major holidays; flexibility with floating between units
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Pediatric specimen collection (finger and heel sticks)
