Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with ATI as required.
• Follow specific licensing and credentialing requirements for assignment.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding dress code and parking.
• Work consistent 8-hour shifts during scheduled days.
Required Qualifications
• Active physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting-based therapy.
• Ability to complete documentation efficiently.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent license immediately.
• Ability to work dayshift hours as scheduled.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in ATI or similar settings.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes.
