Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, on-call as required, no guaranteed block schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure sterile environments
- Support surgical team with equipment and supply management
- Maintain compliance with safety and procedural standards
- Prepare operating rooms and assist with patient positioning as needed
Required Qualifications
- Technical or surgical assistance certification or relevant experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and on-call rotations
- Strong understanding of surgical safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in surgical or operating room settings
- Knowledge of medical equipment and sterilization procedures
