- Full-time, days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed intensive care unit with a mixed medical and surgical patient population.
- Monitor and assess patients in specialized Cardiovascular ICU recovery rooms equipped with advanced monitoring technology.
- Support post-procedure recovery for patients in the Interventional Neurology Suite, including thrombectomies and aneurysm repairs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive critical care services.
- Document patient care activities accurately and manage patient data effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in critical care or ICU nursing.
- Ability to operate advanced patient monitoring equipment.
- Knowledge of post-procedure neurological recovery is preferred.
- CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a cardiovascular or neuro-intensive care environment.
- Familiarity with thrombectomy procedures or neuro-interventional post-care.
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
