Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients based on physician referrals.
• Evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
