Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical care in a urology clinic setting, including blood draws and IV administration.
• Float to urology clinic within the same building as needed, supporting clinic operations.
• Adhere to protocol and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patients’ outpatient care needs.
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and documentation requirements in Epic.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinic experience.
• Recent acute care or outpatient experience within the past 5 years.
• Valid BLS certification (American Heart Association or ARC).
• IV certification with proficiency in starting IVs.
• Epic electronic health record experience.
• Ability to float within scope as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Interest in temp-to-perm opportunity.
• Experience in vascular surgery or urology specialty.
