Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients based on physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Use provided equipment during therapy sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements for continued employment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting up and administering physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation related to patient care and treatment plans.
• Credentialing requirements met for contract-based work.
• Flexibility to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
