Location: Rockville, MD
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, days, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with patient needs and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation related to patient care, ensuring compliance with organizational and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment programs.
• Maintain active license and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure equipment is used and maintained properly during treatment sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing education as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and executing therapy plans.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work days shifts consistently.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation standards.
