- Full-time, Day shifts, 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and exercises.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Washington.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a similar clinical setting.
- Knowledge of specialized therapy techniques or equipment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
