Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 3 nights per week (12-hour night shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry nursing care to patients within an acute care hospital setting.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, medications, and drips with no titration.
- Chart patient data accurately using the hospital's EPIC system.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs, including possible coverage at affiliated hospitals.
- Work scheduled nights, including weekends and holidays, adhering to unit-specific protocols.
- Comply with hospital policies on artificial nails, nail enhancements, and uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN license (or eligible in Missouri/Illinois with appropriate licensing).
- BCLS and NIH certifications required at the time of submission.
- At least 2 years of recent telemetry experience.
- Experience with reading rhythms, cardiac medications, and drips (no titration).
- EPIC charting experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and CPI certifications are preferred.
