Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support patient recovery and functional improvements through therapy sessions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Ability to work five days per week, with a 32-hour guaranteed schedule
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and guidelines
