• Days, Full-time (5 shifts per week), 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within the hospital setting.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical teams to support patient recovery and rehab goals.
• Document patient progress using the hospital’s electronic charting system.
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including weekend requirements and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Occupational Therapist license (in hand at time of submission).
• EPIC electronic health record experience (where applicable).
• Must meet travel compliance and background screening policies.
• Ability to complete required modules and certifications prior to start.
• Valid SSN and date of birth required for all candidates.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience depending on unit requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital rehab or acute care setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some 4x10 hour weeks.
• Experience with documentation and compliance in a hospital environment.
