Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts (8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care physical therapy to patients in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately within the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
• Work within hospital guidelines, including floating between units as needed.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Washington State PT license (or pending license accepted).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work flexible start times between 6 am-10 am and complete an 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to work every 4th weekend and holidays as scheduled.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in acute care settings.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to float within hospital units and across facilities as needed.
