Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress.
- Document patient responses and treatment updates accurately.
- Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols to ensure patient well-being.
- Support patient education and promote therapeutic activities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
- Proven understanding of physical therapy procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
