• Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP)

• Full-time, 4 days per week, Day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) suite.
• Assist with cardiac procedures, including radial access and sheath pulls.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Float within facility or to affiliated hospitals as needed, maintaining scope of practice.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC or relevant charting systems.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including BCLS and ACLS certifications, with priority on radial access and sheath pull procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Nursing License (IL).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in cardiac or electrophysiology settings.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with radial access and sheath pulls preferred.
• Ability to work on-call as required within a 24/7 schedule.
• Must be fully vaccinated and compliant with hospital requirements, including SSN and DOB verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EPIC electronic charting system proficiency.
• Experience in acute care hospitals, particularly in cardiac or invasive labs.
• Familiarity with sheath pull procedures and radial access.
