Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities (preferred)
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and sustain pacing for full shift
- Good communication skills and team player attitude
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC/SNF environments
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Strong assessment and communication skills
