Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic care
• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Manage patient documentation and progress notes
• Provide patient education regarding therapy exercises and home programs
• Float to other clinics as needed to support team staffing and coverage

Required Qualifications
• Valid PTA license or licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to float to additional clinics as necessary

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with orthopedic therapy patients
• Experience working as a traveler or in multiple clinic settings
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week with prior approval for overtime
