Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assisting services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Support patient rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members regarding treatment updates.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment and promote patient independence.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California.
• Valid PTA license or certification.
• Strong team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic.
• Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, coastal community.
