Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic cases
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of orthopedic treatment techniques

Required Qualifications

• Connecticut state physical therapy license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
• Strong background in orthopedics

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation centers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
