Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Support patients’ comfort and well-being through compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC/SNF settings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
