Contract | 13-Week Assignment | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Onsite | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care

• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician as appropriate

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient health outcomes and safety

• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage schedules as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska

• Experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday

• Ability to commit to the full duration of a 13-week assignment

• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC/SNF setting

• Strong clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills

• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
