RN – Operating Room (Circulate/Scrub)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 4×10-hour day shifts per week with rotating evening, night, and weekend call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process
• Perform circulating and/or scrub roles across a variety of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedics, Spine, Neurology, OB-GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Pediatrics, and Eyes
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing available robotic platforms
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage including weeknight and weekend call shifts as scheduled
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care throughout operative procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License in good standing
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operating Room or related surgical nursing field

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical systems
• Exposure to a broad range of surgical specialties including trauma, spine, and neurology cases
• Experience in a Level III trauma center environment
