Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, 12-Hour Shifts) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Coverage Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit setting during 12-hour night shifts
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float to other units as required based on staffing needs
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Must be a non-nicotine user in compliance with facility policy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with Cerner or similar EMR platforms (facility utilizes Altera Sunrise, formerly Allscripts, noted to be very similar to Cerner)
