Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Travel | Days | Wednesday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET scans, HIDA scans, GI bleed studies, and stress tests
• Operate Philips and GE nuclear medicine imaging equipment in accordance with department protocols
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float between PET Scan and Nuclear Medicine areas as needed
• Provide high-quality care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced nuclear medicine unit
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required by the department

Required Qualifications

• Active Nuclear Medicine (NM) license required
• Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET, HIDA, GI bleed, and stress testing
• Experience with Philips and/or GE imaging equipment
• Ability to work with high-acuity patients in a clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in high-acuity environments
