Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Travel | Days | Wednesday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET scans, HIDA scans, GI bleed studies, and stress tests
- Operate Philips and GE nuclear medicine imaging equipment in accordance with department protocols
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Meditech EMR
- Float between PET Scan and Nuclear Medicine areas as needed
- Provide high-quality care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced nuclear medicine unit
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as required by the department
Required Qualifications
- Active Nuclear Medicine (NM) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging procedures including PET, HIDA, GI bleed, and stress testing
- Experience with Philips and/or GE imaging equipment
- Ability to work with high-acuity patients in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in high-acuity environments
