Contract | Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts (17:00–23:30) | Onsite | Variable scheduling may include days/evenings, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts | Call required on weekdays and weekends | Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during a wide variety of surgical procedures in a Level 1 Trauma Operating Room environment
• Circulate in the OR with a focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the EPIC electronic health record system
• Participate in on-call coverage as required, including weekday and weekend call rotations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience
• Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Valid compact or state RN license in hand at time of submission
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ENT surgical cases
• Background in Genitourinary (GU), Plastics, or Burns surgical specialties
