Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients undergoing cardiac and radiologic procedures in a hospital setting.
- Perform data entry related to billing and logging of case data into the department’s digital archive.
- Assist during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain compliance with medical and safety protocols, including proper documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited CVT or RCIS program.
- Current, unencumbered CVT/RCIS registration.
- CCI credential (or must obtain within six months of hire).
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of hire.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent (for GSR Cardiac Cath Lab).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- One (1) year of experience or training in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology hospital setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain procedures and coordinate with team members.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and high-stress situations.
