Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care across medical floors, adult critical care, and the emergency room
• Administer breathing treatments, secretion mobilization, and both non-invasive and invasive ventilation
• Assist with intubation, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and draw and analyze blood gases
• Obtain EKGs and monitor patients using capnography equipment
• Operate and manage ventilators including Avea, Puritan Bennett 840, 3100B HFOV, and VentiPac transport ventilator
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR and utilize OmniCell medication dispensing systems

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Oregon state licensure required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Proficiency with ventilator management and non-invasive ventilation (V60, Vision)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and patient-driven respiratory protocols
• Experience in a critical care or emergency room setting
