Key Responsibilities
- Perform individualized evaluations and develop customized treatment plans to improve patients’ physical function and mobility
- Collaborate as part of the interdisciplinary patient care team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions accordingly
- Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Contribute to patient recovery goals through goal-directed therapy sessions
- Ensure documentation complies with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Kansas
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
