Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform individualized patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and occupational needs
• Design and implement goal-directed, customized intervention plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily activities
• Periodically review patient progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to ensure goals are being met
• Function as an active member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
• Provide services primarily in an outpatient OT clinic setting (90–95%), with occasional inpatient coverage (5–10%)
• Provide inpatient coverage on a rotating weekend basis (approximately every 6–7 weeks) and approximately one holiday per year

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure through the State Board of Healing Arts
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential, or willingness to pursue certification
