Full-Time, Direct Hire, Onsite | Monday–Friday, Day Shifts (8-Hour Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process, maintaining shift accountability for patient care outcomes
- Apply independent nursing judgment and competent clinical knowledge in an outpatient clinic setting
- Assess and interpret patient data to identify and address age-specific patient requirements
- Delegate care appropriately to other health care providers while retaining accountability for outcomes
- Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients in accordance with established standards and policies
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Kansas or a compact state license
- Minimum of 1 year of RN or LPN experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient or ambulatory clinic experience strongly preferred
- Experience in urgent care or family medicine settings
