Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days & Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week with OT available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to medical/surgical patients within scope of practice
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and safety
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Float to other units within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including holiday and weekend shifts

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree and valid RN license (compact or KS license)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred and can be obtained post-hire
• Entry-level position suitable for new graduates
• Professional, driven, and compassionate attitude; personality is prioritized for team fit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous hospital or medical/surgical nursing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle a fast-paced environment
