Registered Nurse – Home Health / Hospice (Pediatrics)

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in both home health and hospice settings
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using electronic charting systems
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members to support continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina, or temporary/pending license with confirmation of licensure prior to start date
• Prior experience in both home health and hospice nursing is required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Minimum of two supervisory references required
• Must be available to work some holidays; requests for time off should be kept to a minimum and submitted at the time of initial application

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase charting software
• American Red Cross (ARC) certifications accepted
